After confirming that all valves are closed, open the steam generator inlet valve and start the steam generator.  The steam generator began to feed water automatically.  At this time, the drainage valve at the lower part of the steam generator should be opened, and the drainage valve should be closed after removing the rust as far as possible.  Pay attention to the water level of the steam generator to prevent accidents.  At this point, fully open the jacket outlet valve, slowly open the steam generator main valve, slowly open the jacket inlet valve, and begin to fill the jacket with steam.  
Steam pressure may be unstable at the beginning of the pressure gauge needle swing violently, can correctly close the small jacket inlet valve, then open the sampling valve steam valve, sample valve into the steam valve, the steam valve of the bottom valve, the bottom valve into the steam valve, the sampling valve, the bottom valve sterilization, while the steam exhaust pressure is unstable.  Steam pressure changes little, turn off the bottom valve, outlet valve.  The temperature of the tank gradually increases, the temperature should be set to 90°, the stirring motor stops rotating, when opening the tank inlet valve, open the tank gas valve,  Slowly open the discharge valve, the valve to open the following: open the cans into the steam valve into the water tank, air filter table press start to rise, more than 0.1 MP when open the condensate drain valve, to continue into the tank steam valve, clean water tank, air pressure tank slowly rise, adjust the gas regulator, the sterilization temperature, to achieve the required pressure start timing, when the temperature of the sterilization.  
 

When disinfecting, operators should wear long pants and protective gloves to prevent burns.  If the steam generator automatically fills water during sterilization, the total steam pressure will drop rapidly.  If necessary, the steam main valve may be opened appropriately to maintain pressure, but the pressure change should be carefully observed.  Adjust jacket inlet valve, tank inlet valve and outlet control valve to maintain the set temperature and tank pressure.  When the sterilization time is up, close the open steam inlet valve, close the steam main valve, completely release the waste gas valve in the tank, release the pressure in the tank, and turn off the steam generator power supply.  Open the air compressor, when the tank pressure drops to 0.05MP, slowly open the intake control valve to maintain the positive pressure in the tank.  
 
When steam enters the storage tank, the pressure of the sterilized fermenter equipment decreases rapidly.  Pay attention to the passage time of sterile air.  Try not to let air compressor and steam generator work at the same time.  Air filter pressure should not exceed 0.2mp during sterilization.  The size of condensate will affect the concentration of liquid in the tank, after sterilization should consider adding steam condensate.  In the later stages of fermentation, bacteria may clog the outlet pipe, resulting in reduced air flow and a slight increase in tank pressure.  At this time the artificial left and right rotation of the valve, can make the plug relief.  
 
Control the size of the intake valve and exhaust valve, can adjust the intake gas and tank pressure, control the stirring speed, to meet the requirements of fermentation dissolved oxygen technology.  In the fermentation process, open the tank inlet valve, open the jacket outlet valve and jacket inlet valve, at this time the system automatically controls the fermentation temperature by controlling the jacket water temperature.  
 

Due to the positive pressure cabinet, close the inlet valve when receiving bacteria, appropriately reduce the water tank pressure 0.01--0.02 MP, quickly open the inoculation port with flame ring protection (to prevent the flame extinguished air flow), and quickly close the inoculation port after inoculation.  After each bottle is disinfected, connect with the feeding system hose, connect with the host (attention direction), Pierce the silicone pad under the protection of flame ring, and install the feeding system.  The workstation should monitor system parameters in real time.  Pay attention to parameter logging.
