Process flow of microbial organic compound fertilizer production line:
Process flow: raw material batching, raw material mixing, raw material granulation, particle drying, particle cooling, particle classification, finished product coating and final product packaging.
1. Raw material ingredients: urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, heavy calcium, calcium superphosphate), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other raw materials shall be prepared in a certain proportion (according to market demand and local soil test results).
2. Raw material mixing: mix the prepared raw materials evenly to improve the overall uniform fertilizer efficiency content of fertilizer particles.
3. Raw material granulation: feed the evenly stirred raw materials into the fertilizer granulator for granulation (stock transfer granulator can be used, and extrusion granulator can also be used for disk granulator).
4. Particle drying: send the particles made by the granulator to the dryer and dry the moisture contained in the particles to increase the particle strength and facilitate storage.
5. Particle cooling: the temperature of dried fertilizer particles is too high and easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is easy to bag, store and transport.
6. Particle classification: the cooled particles are classified, the unqualified particles are crushed and re granulated, and the qualified products are screened out.
7. Finished film: coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of particles.
8. Finished product packaging: pack the packaged particles, that is, finished products, and store them in a ventilated place.
