1. Transport the treated cow dung directly to the raw material bin (or raw material mixer)

2. The cow dung is transported to the disk homogenizer and evenly added to the rotating disk of the disk granulator; The liquid component or an appropriate amount of water is sprayed on the material in the disk through the liquid component distributor of the disk pelletizer to meet the liquid amount required for forming the ball; The rotating disk and disk side produce friction and centrifugal effect on the material, so that the material produces circumferential movement, so that the powder particles rub and squeeze each other, and gradually reunite into a ball; Due to the difference in particle mass, the generated gravity and centrifugal effect are different. When the gravity and centrifugal effect are increased enough to overcome the friction between the particles, they will be thrown out of the disk, and the smaller particles will stay in the disk and continue to assemble fine particles.

3. Transported to the organic fertilizer dryer for heat exchange with the heat from the hot blast stove.

4. Transported to the hot screening particle sorting, fine particles directly returned to the disk homogenizer, as the core to continue to participate in the adhesion of particles into pellets.

5. Transfer to the organic fertilizer cooling machine, and cool the fertilizer by natural cold air or forced cold air.

6. Then the particles are transported to the rotary drum screen machine, and the large unqualified particles are crushed by the grinder and returned to the disk granulator for transformation.

7. Select qualified products and send them to the coating machine for coating.

8. The final particles are transported to an automatic packing machine for weighing, packing and storage.

The disc granulation process to produce cow dung organic fertilizer has the following advantages: 

The operation is intuitive and it can be grasped at any time. If abnormality is found, it can be adjusted in time. 

The size of the particles is determined by the inclination angle and rotation speed of the disc. And the inclination rate and rotation speed of the disc can be adjusted. Therefore, the disc granulation process has a wide control range of particle size, strong adaptability, and very high ball formation rate, which can reach 70%~90%.
