The first step in the production line of chicken manure and cow manure organic fertilizer is fermentation. Compost fermentation is widely used in chicken manure and cow manure organic fertilizer production lines.


Fermentation steps of chicken manure and cow manure:

1. Temperature requirements: The starting temperature should be above 15 ℃ (it can be operated in four seasons and is not affected by seasons. It should be fermented indoors or in the greenhouse in winter as much as possible)

2. Material stacking: When stacking, you can't make it too small or too low, which will affect the fermentation. The fermentation effect is better when the height is 1.5m ~ 2m, the width is 2m, and the length is more than 2 ~ 4m

3. Turn over the heap for ventilation: Pay attention to proper oxygen supply and turn over the heap during fermentation (turn over several times when the temperature rises to 75 ℃ or above). The temperature rise is controlled at about 65 ℃. Too high temperature has an impact on nutrients

4. Fermentation is completed: Generally, the fermentation can be completed within one week. The materials are dark brown and the temperature begins to drop to normal temperature, indicating that the fermentation is completed. If there are too many sawdust, sawdust and rice husk auxiliary materials, the fermentation time shall be extended until they are fully decomposed

5. Ratio: 1.5 tons of chicken manure and cow manure (about 2.5 tons of fresh manure) plus 1 kg of Campbell fertilizer starter. The starter shall be mixed with rice bran (or bran, corn flour and other substitutes) in the ratio of 1:5, and then evenly sprinkled into pig manure pile for uniform mixing

6. The water content of fermentation materials should be controlled at about 65%. Too high or too low is not conducive to fermentation, too little water and slow fermentation; Too much water will lead to poor ventilation, slow temperature rise and odor. Method of adjusting material moisture: if the moisture is too high, straw, sawdust, mushroom residue and dry soil powder can be added. Judgment method of whether the moisture is appropriate: grasp the material tightly, see the watermark but do not drip, and it is appropriate to disperse on the ground.

Installation of organic fertilizer equipment:

After the purchase of organic fertilizer equipment, the following problems should be paid attention to before installation:

1. Check whether the motor label meets the requirements.

2. Measure the insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter. The value shall be dry for the stator winding, and the drying temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.

3. Check the fasteners of the motor to avoid looseness.

4. Check the motor appearance for damage and deformation.

5. Check whether it can change sensitively. If there is any abnormality, it shall be cleaned up.

6. Check whether the power supply is in phase failure and operate without load for 5 minutes.


Organic fertilizer equipment and adjustment:

1. The motor shall be fastened on the device surface, which shall be lubricated and flat.

2. The motor can be equipped with a control device.

3. The motor lead adopts four core rubber cable yz-500v. When connecting to the power supply, the outgoing cable shall not be folded sharply and shall be firmly fixed with the vibrating body.

4. The motor shall be firmly grounded. There shall be grounding installation in the motor, the lead end shall be marked, and the anchor can also be used to consolidate the bolt grounding.

5. Adjustment of exciting force.


Maintenance of organic fertilizer equipment:

1. Anti aging. Rubber or plastic products are easy to age and deteriorate due to the action of oxygen in the air and ultraviolet rays in the sun, so that the elasticity of rubber parts becomes poor and easy to break. For the storage of rubber parts, apply hot paraffin oil on the rubber surface, put it on the indoor shelf, cover it with paper, and keep it ventilated, dry and free from direct sunlight.

2. Anti deformation. Spring, transmission belt, tire and other parts will produce plastic deformation due to long-term stress or improper placement. Therefore, they should be properly supported under the frame; Make the tire bear no load; All pressed or pulled springs on the machine are relaxed; Remove the drive belt and keep it indoors; Some easily deformed parts to be removed shall be placed flat or hung vertically; In addition, the removed parts, such as tires and seed delivery pipes, shall be kept from extrusion and deformation.

3. Prevent loss. A registration card shall be established for long-term parked machines and tools to record in detail the technical status, auxiliary devices, spare parts and tools of machines and tools; All machines and tools shall be kept by special personnel; It is forbidden to disassemble parts for other purposes; If there is no warehouse and the machines and tools are parked outdoors, the easily lost parts such as motor and transmission belt shall be removed, marked and stored indoors.
