1. Rotary drum granulator is also called drum granulation. Drum granulator is the most widely used type of compound fertilizer production equipment. Formulation limitations are relatively small. The ratio of the above two nitrogen fertilizers should not be too high. If the nitrogen is higher than 22 and the concentration is greater than 40, it is difficult to do it, because the materials reflect the effluent, and the drying conditions are difficult to meet the standard at the same time.

2. The most basic disc granulator

The process principle of disc granulation is that after all principles are mixed, they enter the disc granulation, and the disc agglomerates the materials into balls through rotation. Disc granulation is characterized by simple equipment, less investment and quick effect. The disadvantage of disc granulation is that it is only suitable for small-scale production, low efficiency, daily output is only dozens of tons, and the formula is limited, viscous materials are required, which is only suitable for low concentration.
