Working Principle:

The organic fertilizer dryer can directly dry poultry manure with up to 70%-80% moisture content to 13% of the safe storage moisture at a time. The entire process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing environmental pollution during the drying process. The equipment is mainly composed of heat source, feeder, feeder, rotary drum, discharging machine, material crushing device, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet; after the dewatered wet material is added to the dryer, it is evenly distributed in the drum When the cloth copying device is turned, the materials are evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with hot air, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer of drying. In the drying process, under the action of the inclined board and the hot temperament, the material is discharged to the star-shaped discharge valve in the other section of the dryer to discharge the finished product.

Cow manure contains 14.5% organic matter, 0.30~0.45% nitrogen, 0.15~0.25% phosphorus, and 0.10~0.15% potassium. It is a valuable resource that can be used as a source of soil fertilizer by the planting industry. The organic matter and nutrient content of cow dung is the lowest among all kinds of livestock, with fine texture, high water content, slow decomposition, low calorific value, and is a late-acting fertilizer. The nutrient content of cow manure itself is much less than that of chicken manure and pig manure (the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium is less). In addition, cow manure is cold organic fertilizer, and its decomposition rate is slower than chicken manure and pig manure, so its fertilizer efficiency is better. Much slower than chicken manure and pig manure.

Pig manure contains 15% organic matter, and the total nutrient content is not high. Nitrogen is 0.5~0.6%, phosphorus is 0.45~0.5%, and potassium is 0.35~0.45%. Pig manure has a finer texture and a more complex composition. It contains protein, fat, organic acids, cellulose, hemicellulose and inorganic salts. Pig manure contains more nitrogen and the ratio of carbon to nitrogen is small (14:1). Generally, it is easily decomposed by microorganisms and releases nutrients that can be absorbed by crops.

Chicken manure is rich in nutrients. According to relevant tests, chicken manure contains: dry matter 89.8%, crude protein 28.8%, crude fiber 12.7%, digestible protein 14.4%, nitrogen-free extract 28.8%, phosphorus 2.6% Calcium, 8.7%. Histidine 0.23%, Methionine 0.11%, Leucine 0.87%, Lysine 0.53%, Phenylalanine 0.46%. , Through proper processing and utilization, it can become a very good green organic fertilizer, or chicken manure feed. As farmyard fertilizer, chicken manure has higher fertilizer efficiency than pig manure and cow manure. Each ton of sticky wet chicken manure contains 11.35 kg of nitrogen, 10.44 kg of phosphorus (P2O5), and 5.45 kg of potassium (K2O). Because chicken manure contains a large amount of organic matter, it can also be used as a raw material for producing biogas to generate energy and be used.
