The raw materials for the production of organic fertilizer are relatively wide, and the common ones are chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure and other animal manure. Such raw materials need to be bio-fermented, and then made to meet the standard of harmless treatment, so as to further produce commercial organic fertilizer.

1. Determine the fermentation site. The ground fermentation site needs to be open and flat, so as to facilitate mass fermentation production. Generally, the moisture of raw materials is large, and a certain proportion of dry materials need to be added for moisture adjustment, such as straw powder, mushroom residue, etc.

2. Take chicken dung as an example, stack chicken dung in strips on the site, sprinkle the surface of raw materials with special fermenting agent for organic fertilizer, and add dry materials/auxiliary materials according to the water content. The general proportion of raw materials: auxiliary materials is 3:1, and the width and height of the strip pile are determined according to the model of the respective tipper.

3. Take the tipper as an example. The pile body is 2 meters wide and 0.8 meters high. The length depends on the length of the site. Then, the tipper is placed across the top of the chicken manure stack, and the raw materials are evenly turned over, stirred and broken, so that the chicken manure and dry auxiliary materials and bacteria can be fully mixed evenly. The tipper also has the function of breaking. Even if there are large pieces of chicken manure or dry auxiliary materials, the large pieces can be opened and broken under the action of the tipper.

4. After the tipper turns over, a new stack is formed, and the new stack is in a fluffy and loose state, creating a favorable aerobic state for material fermentation, which is very conducive to the production and fermentation of organic fertilizer. In such a state, the overturned reactor can rise to high temperature within 24 hours, keep the reactor at high temperature for 2-3 days, and then carry out the overturning.

5. In this state, it has basically become fat in 7 days. In the high temperature, the bacteria and insects in the chicken manure will be killed, and the macromolecular protein will be decomposed into small molecular protein which is beneficial to the absorption of crops. In the process of biological fermentation, it can effectively prevent the harmful substances such as hydrogen sulfide, amine gas and indole in the feces.
