Fermentation Technology of Sheep Manure Organic Fertilizer

Update time : 2023-11-24 Publisher:Tongda

Utilizing biological fermentation technology to ferment livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, and achieve heating, deodorization, and harmless treatment.

The organic fertilizer made has the following characteristics: improving soil, facilitating absorption, slowing down efficiency, increasing production and income, fertilizing soil fertility, balancing nutrition, improving crop product quality, and increasing crop yield.

Five major effects of organic fertilizers on soil:

1. Provide comprehensive nutrients

It contains the nutrients and various beneficial elements required by crops, and the nutrient ratio is comprehensive, which is conducive to crop absorption. Therefore, the more organic fertilizer is applied, the more conducive it is to the balance of soil nutrient ratio, the more conducive it is to the absorption and utilization of soil nutrients by crops, and it will not cause a significant increase in certain nutrient elements in the soil due to the excessive application of organic fertilizer, which will disrupt the soil nutrient balance.

2. Promote the breeding of soil microorganisms

Organic fertilizers contain a large amount of organic matter and are a place for the growth and breeding of various microorganisms. Organic fertilizers can also produce various substances such as phenols, vitamins, enzymes, and auxins during the decomposition process, which can promote crop root growth and nutrient absorption.

3. Improve soil fertility and water retention capacity

All organic fertilizers have strong cation exchange ability, which can absorb more nutrients such as potassium, ammonium, magnesium, zinc, etc., prevent leaching, and improve soil fertility, especially for mature organic fertilizers. In addition, organic fertilizers also have strong buffering capacity, which can prevent changes in acidity and soil compaction caused by long-term application of fertilizers, improve soil resistance, and ensure a good ecological environment.

4. Reduce nutrient fixation and improve nutrient availability

Organic fertilizers contain many organic acids, humic acids, hydroxyl groups, and other substances, all of which have strong chelating ability and can chelate with many metal elements such as manganese, aluminum, iron, etc. to form chelates, which can reduce the harm of manganese ions to crops. It can also prevent the formation of closed storage phosphorus, which is difficult to be absorbed by crops due to the combination of aluminum and phosphorus, and greatly improve the effectiveness of soil available phosphorus.

5. Accelerate particle formation and improve physical and chemical properties

Organic inorganic aggregates are important indicators of soil fertility. The more they contain, the better the physical properties of the soil. The more fertile the soil is, the stronger its ability to retain soil, water, and fertilizer. The better its aeration performance, the more conducive it is to the growth of crop roots.

Fermentation Technology of Sheep Manure Organic Fertilizer:

Raw material analysis:

Sheep are ruminants, but they rarely drink water, so their feces are dry and fine, and their feces are also very small. Sheep manure is a thermal fertilizer between horse manure and cow manure. Sheep manure urine contains abundant nutrients, including both effective nutrients that are easy to decompose and can be absorbed and utilized by crops, as well as delayed nutrients that are not easy to decompose. It is a good fertilizer that combines fast and slow fertilizer efficiency and is suitable for various soil applications. Sheep manure is composted and fermented by biological fertilizer fermentation bacteria, mixed evenly with crushed straw and biological composite bacteria, and then subjected to aerobic and anaerobic fermentation to become high-efficiency organic fertilizer.

The organic matter content in sheep manure is 24% to 27%, nitrogen content is 0.7% to 0.8%, phosphorus content is 0.45% to 0.6%, potassium content is 0.3% to 0.6%, organic matter content in sheep urine is 5%, nitrogen content is 1.3% to 1.4%, phosphorus content is very low, potassium content is very rich, up to 2.1% to 2.3%.

Fermentation production process:

1. Mix sheep manure with an appropriate amount of straw powder, and the amount to be added depends on the moisture content of the sheep manure. Generally, fermentation requires a moisture content of 45%, which means kneading it into a ball with your hands and seeing water between your fingers, but not dripping. Release your hand and dissolve it immediately.

2. Then, mix 1 ton of raw material (about 1.5 tons of fresh material) with 3 kilograms of raw solution of biological composite bacteria, dilute the bacterial solution with water in a ratio of 1:300, and evenly spray it into the material pile for mixed fermentation. Add an appropriate amount of corn flour to provide sugar for bacterial fermentation, allowing multi-dimensional complex enzyme bacteria to quickly gain an absolute advantage.

3. Add the prepared mixture to the mixer for stirring, making sure to mix evenly, thoroughly, and without leaving any lumps.

4. Mix the ingredients and stack them into long strips with a width of 2.0-3.0 meters and a height of 1.5-2.0 meters. (Piles with a length of more than 3 meters have better fermentation effects.) Use a flipping machine to flip them every 3 days.

5. Heap for 3 days for heating, 5 days for odorless, 9 days for loosening, 12 days for fragrance, and 15 days for composting.

Production process:

After slightly drying, it can be crushed by a semi wet material crusher, granulated by an organic fertilizer granulator, dried and dehydrated by a dryer, and then screened by a screening machine. The finished organic fertilizer is ready for packaging and storage

Market value and significance:

Fermented sheep manure organic fertilizer can improve soil structure, enhance fertilizer efficiency, not only increase soil fertility level, but also enhance soil water retention and supply capacity, regulate soil temperature, and enhance soil's ability to alleviate low and high temperature hazards!

Sheep manure, after high-temperature sterilization, fermentation and maturation, and deodorization and harmless treatment, is non-toxic and harmless. It has comprehensive nutrients, stable properties, and gradually decomposes, improving crop disease resistance and promoting strong seedlings. It is a new type of high-quality and environmentally friendly organic fertilizer.
