How should organic fertilizer and bio organic fertilizer be composted and fermented?

Update time : 2023-12-06 Publisher:Tongda

1.Production of organic fertilizers

The method of fermenting animal manure to produce organic fertilizer mainly uses animal manure from chickens, pigs, sheep, and other animals as raw materials.

Preparation of fermentation materials: 1.7t of livestock manure raw materials (water content controlled at about 40%)+5kg probiotic liquid+2.5kg corn flour, and mix the three. After the fermentation products are prepared, they are stacked into a rectangular pile with a width of 2m, a height of 0.5m, and an unlimited length; After stacking, cover with old burlap bags or straw curtains for fermentation. Generally, within 24 hours, the temperature for stacking fertilizers can reach around 50 ℃. Within 48 hours, the stacking temperature can reach above 60 ℃ -70 ℃. At such a temperature, even if all the stacked raw materials decay and disappear, the pathogens, insect eggs, and grass seeds in the raw materials can be killed within 5-7 days. The fertilizer fermented in this way is organic fertilizer, which can be directly used for crop fertilization or slightly dried and screened, and sold as commercial fertilizer.

2. Production of organic fertilizer through crop straw fermentation

Using organic waste such as crop straw, leaves, weeds, sawdust, distiller's grains, and furfural residue as raw materials. The moisture content in the raw materials needs to be around 70%. If there is less moisture in the raw materials, watering is necessary to ensure that the appropriate moisture is maintained in the raw materials. Long crop straw such as corn straw needs to be crushed. After watering every 1000kg of dry raw materials with water, 5kg of bacterial solution+1% soybean cake or urea can be mixed and sprinkled into the raw materials. The mixture should be flipped and mixed, and stacked into a strip pile with a width of 2 meters, a height of 1 meter, and an unlimited length. Cover with plastic cloth for fermentation. After 24 hours, the temperature inside the reactor can reach around 50 ℃, and within 48 hours, the temperature can rise to around 70 ℃. After several days of continuous high temperatures, the temperature inside the reactor will gradually decrease. About two weeks later, all the fermented raw materials will decompose, and the insect eggs, grass seeds, and pathogenic bacteria in the materials will be killed. The straw will turn brown or dark brown, and the pile will collapse by 1/3 or 1/2 compared to when it was just piled up. The fermented raw materials are soft and elastic, and are fragile when dried. At this point, raw materials such as straw are completed during the fermentation process. The organic fertilizer fermented by this method can be directly used as a screening crop base fertilizer or as a material fertilizer.

3. Mixing and fermenting animal manure with crop straw and other waste materials to produce organic fertilizer.

Due to the complexity of raw materials and varying nutrient content, the nutrient content of various animal manure and crop straw waste materials also varies. When using crop straw and other raw materials for fermentation, about 20% of animal manure can be filled, and when animal manure is the main raw material, about 20% of straw powder can be filled; The fermentation method is the same as above. If acidic raw materials are used for fermentation, about 1-3% lime powder should be filled during fermentation to adjust the pH to neutral. The organic fertilizer fermented by this method is suitable for various crops and soils, and can be used for personal use or processed into commercial fertilizer for sale.
