1. Disc granulator

The disc granulator is not suitable for the fermentation materials with more crude fiber raw materials and a certain length. This equipment is more suitable for the fermentation raw materials based on powdery materials. 2. Double roller extrusion granulator

It is suitable for making soluble or non-viscous particles, especially for chemical fertilizer particles. It is not suitable for granulation of organic fertilizer with viscous rice husk and chicken manure raw materials with certain water content. Easy to plug the mold hole. The need to clean the mold hole regularly, resulting in the consequence of not continuous work. Applicable to compound fertilizer, medicine, chemical, feed and other raw materials granulation, product granulation rate is high.

3. Flat die extrusion granulator

It is suitable for granulation of rough fermentation organic fertilizer. It is mainly suitable for granulation of crude fiber, such as wood chips, rice husk, cotton wilsonland, cotton seed bark, weeds and other crop straws, household waste, waste plastics and factory waste. It is also suitable for granulation of materials with low adhesion rate and difficult to form, block and rod making. It can also be used for low temperature granulation of biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer. Production capacity :1.0~4.0 tons/hour; The ball forming rate is above 95%, and the return material is less. Power :22-90 kW.

Flat die granulation machine extrusion energy consumption is large, the extrusion strength is large, there are steel waste mixed with organic fertilizer raw materials, easy to damage the granulation template, sometimes block the granulation template hole. Additional equipment care and replacement of consumables are needed. At the end of each shift, plug materials should be added and granulated to prepare for the next shift.

4. Ring die extrusion granulator

The ring touch granulator is similar to the flat die extrusion granulator, which can be widely used in medium and small aquaculture, food and feed processing, livestock farms, poultry farms and individual farmers
