The rotary screening machine is a new type of self-cleaning screen special equipment after the electric vibrating screener and the ordinary network type roller screen produced by the domestic companies.It is widely applicable to sieving of various solid materials with particle size less than 300mm.It has many characteristics such as high screening efficiency,low noise,small amount of dust,long service life,less maintenance,and its screening capacity is 1t/h-20t/h.

Installation and commissioning of drum screen:

1. The horizontal deviation of the machine shall not be greater than 1mm / m.

2. In order to prevent affecting the strength and stiffness of the equipment, all mechanisms of the equipment are not allowed to erect other objects.

3. After installation, the installation tools shall be removed, and no foreign matters are allowed inside and outside the screen barrel.

4. All fasteners of the equipment shall be fastened firmly and reliably without signs of looseness. After proper installation and adjustment, no-load commissioning can be carried out after further confirmation.

No load test run of drum screening machine:

(1) No excessive abnormal noise.

(2) After continuous operation for 2 hours, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 70 ℃.

(3) After confirming that no-load commissioning is normal, load commissioning can be carried out.

Load test run of drum screen:

(1) Firstly, the equipment shall be started and loaded evenly until it runs normally until it is at full load.

(2) The equipment shall not have excessive or significant impact sound.

(3) The equipment operates continuously for 8 hours, and the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 70 ℃

(4) Stop feeding before stopping the machine, and stop the machine only after the materials in the screen barrel are completely discharged.

(5) If the above conditions are met, it can be put into production.
