The operation method is as follows:  
1. Activation process of Environment-friendly probiotics:  
With 4 kg of 70 degrees Celsius hot water completely dissolved 1 kg as gold original bacterium nutrients, with 4 kg of cold water to make the solution temperature down to 30 degrees Celsius, add 1 kg of the original bacteria, blending, sealed (25 to 35 degrees Celsius), anaerobic fermentation - 48 hours for 24 hours, summer winter fermentation used after 72 hours, measure the PH value of 4.0 the following,  By sweet and sour taste, then make a successful group (10 kg).  Namely nutrient: original bacteria: water = 1:1:8.  
2. Strain dosage.  1 kg microbial starter can ferment about 5 tons of sludge (water content is 65%).  According to the weight ratio of about 20-30% straw powder, mushroom residue, peanut shell powder, or rice husk, sawdust and other organic materials in order to adjust the ventilation.  If rice husk and sawdust are added, the fermentation time should be prolonged because of their high cellulose and lignin.  Strain dilution: add 5-10 kg rice bran (or wheat bran, corn flour and other substitutes) per kg of fermentation agent, mix and dilute evenly, and then sprinkle evenly into the material pile, the use effect will be better.  
 
3. Mix well and ventilate.  The fermentation agent is a good (consumption) of oxygen microorganisms, so it is appropriate to increase the oxygen supply measures, so as to mix evenly, turn frequently and ventilate.  Otherwise it will lead to anaerobic fermentation and produce odor, affecting the effect.  
 
4. Moisture judgment.  The moisture content of sludge added with organic materials should be controlled at 60 ~ 65%.  Water judgment: hold a handful of material, see watermark but do not drip, fall to the ground is appropriate.  Less water fermentation is slow, more water ventilation is poor, but also lead to "rotten bacteria" work and smell.  
 
5. Adjust the temperature.  The starting temperature is better at 15℃-20℃, after 48 hours, the temperature can rise to 50-60℃, the third day can reach 75℃ or above, in this high temperature to be overturned several times, the temperature is stable at 55-65℃.  
 
6. Fermentation is complete.  Generally within a week, the material can be deodorized and fermented.  The temperature begins to drop to room temperature, indicating that fermentation is complete.  Such as sawdust, wood chips, rice husk auxiliary materials too much, should prolong the fermentation time, to be fully mature.
