How to maintain fertilizer automatic packaging weighing equipment？

Organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer automatic packaging maintenance to do the following points: 

1. Organic fertilizer automatic packaging components controller, sensors are precision instruments, transportation and use must avoid vibration and collision, is strictly prohibited in direct sunlight, close to the heat source environment, damp places, poor ventilation places, strong magnetic field near the source of the environment.  
   2. The working voltage and frequency must meet the technical requirements of the controller and shall not share the same knife or air switch with other equipment. The controller enclosure is separately grounded for protection (it cannot be connected to zero protection).  
   3. The measuring bucket supporting fastening bolts are complete and effective, to ensure that there is no virtual collision between the measuring bucket and the fixed frame.  
   4. Turn the "manual/automatic" transfer switch to the "manual" position, with manual control mode, check whether the feeding and unloading belt direction is correct (whether the valve solenoid valve is closed), if not, please switch any two phase wire of the reverse belt machine.  
   5. Confirm the empty bucket, and then turn on the controller power supply. After the initial self-check of the controller, the weight of the main display is 0.  
   6. Place a known weight, such as a bag of 50kg, on any part of the batching bucket. The main display should be 50kg.
