Debugging of screening machine installation of organic fertilizer equipment:  
The organic fertilizer sieve machine device is tilted on the frame.  
The motor is connected with the drum device by a reducer through a coupling and drives the drum device to rotate around its axis.  When the material into the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the screen surface of the material turnover and rolling, so that qualified materials through the bottom of the drum rear end discharge mouth, unqualified material through the end of the drum discharge mouth. 

One. Preparation before debugging:  
1. Test run can be carried out after the installation and inspection of the organic fertilizer screening machine is qualified;  Before the test run, it should be checked in detail that each component is installed correctly as shown in the drawing, each fastener is firm, and whether there are obstacles around the screen body that hinder the operation of the roller screen.  
2. Place the rectangular access door in the open position, and rotate the cylinder through manual turning to observe whether the comb type sieve cleaning mechanism is stuck and frictions. If so, it can be adjusted by adjusting bolts.  
3. Check whether the bearing seat and gearbox are well lubricated and the oil level of gearbox should be appropriate.  
4. The power connector should be firm and reliable, with good insulation and correct grounding.  
 
Two, roller sieve machine feeding notes:  
1. In the organic fertilizer equipment sieve machine is in a stable state of operation, start the feeding and discharging equipment, feeding test run.  
2. Close the sealing isolation cover after normal discharge (during normal operation, the sealing isolation cover should always be in the closed position).  
3. Check the particle size of the material and whether there is leakage and dust.  
4. Run for half an hour, check each component carefully, and deal with problems in time.  
5. During the working process, the operation should be checked frequently. If abnormal operation or abnormal sound is found, the machine should be stopped in time to check, find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
