Introduction to sheep manure organic fertilizer process:  
 
The recovered livestock and poultry manure will be directly into the fermentation area.  After a fermentation, two aging stacked, eliminate the odor of livestock and poultry excrement.  At this stage, fermentation agent can be added to decompose the crude fiber, so that the particle size requirements after grinding meet the particle size requirements of granulation production.  
 
The fermentation materials that have completed the secondary aging stacking process are crushed and entered into the mixing and stirring system. Before mixing and stirring, N, P, K and some other trace elements are added into the mixing and stirring system according to the formula and start stirring.  
 
The mixed materials will be transported into the granulation system, the pellets will enter the cooling system after the dryer, and the materials will be screened at room temperature. The pellets that meet the requirements will enter the coating machine to wrap the film and start packaging, and the pellets that do not meet the requirements will return to the granulation system after being crushed by the crusher to continue granulation.
