Method of removing foul odor in composting process by organic fertilizer equipment

Using organic fertilizer equipment in the process of composting fermentation odor removal methods include: microbial deodorization, plasma deodorization, ozone oxidation, masking, air dilution, adsorption, combustion, water washing and many other methods.  Microbial deodorization method is commonly used in the treatment of organic fertilizer equipment.  
 
Odor suppression and elimination in composting process: odor generation can be inhibited to a certain extent by adjusting the ventilation of materials, increasing ventilation volume and adding adsorption materials.  However, due to the large amount of fermentation materials, the concentration of odor generation and the relatively closed site, the odor concentration in the fermentation site is very high, sometimes the ammonia concentration in the site is as high as 300mg/L.  This also results in a loss of nutrients.  Measures need to be taken for collection and disposal.

In the process of material fermentation of organic fertilizer equipment biological deodorization, this method is under the action of biological, through biochemical reaction to decomposition, transformation of odor components to achieve the purpose of deodorization.  Currently, microbes are used to treat odors.  Therefore, it is also called microbial deodorization.  The greater advantages of this method are low operating cost, saving energy and resources and easy maintenance.  
 
In the fermentation of materials by organic fertilizer equipment, the odor generation stage is mainly generated in the early stage of fermentation. Due to the rapid degradation of easily decomposed organic materials, a large amount of oxygen is consumed, resulting in local hypoxia and the generation of small molecular organic materials and hydrogen sulfide.  At this time, due to the low pH, ammonia volatilization is not easy to occur. About 1-2 weeks later, a large amount of ammonia volatilization occurs with the increase of the pH value of compost.  At this point, the compost has gradually completed a compost fermentation.
